Welcome to VexaDoc. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. This is a straightforward agreement between VexaDoc and your agency.
The Deal: VexaDoc is currently provided to your agency 100% free of charge. In return, you agree to provide honest feedback regarding your usage.
No Guarantees: Because this is a free access tier, we do not guarantee 100% uptime, specific feature availability, or that the service will remain free forever. We reserve the right to modify or stop the service at any time.
Eligibility: This service is strictly B2B, designed for digital agencies (Web Design, SEO, PPC, Software Houses) and independent consultants.
Authentication via Supabase: You log in securely via third-party providers (Google or email). All user authentication, sign-ups, and active sessions are managed and secured by Supabase infrastructure. VexaDoc never sees or stores your raw passwords. Your agency is fully responsible for keeping your access secure.
100% Yours: Your agency retains full ownership and intellectual property rights over all proposals, pitch decks, scopes of work, and PDFs uploaded to VexaDoc. We do not own, share, or sell your commercial data.
Storage via Supabase: All uploaded files, dashboard metadata, and analytics are hosted and securely stored on production databases managed by Supabase.
No Client Contact: VexaDoc will never contact your clients, leads, or recipients of the proposal links.
Analytics Data: By generating a tracking link, you grant VexaDoc the right to collect interaction data (opens, time spent, section heatmaps) solely to display these analytics on your agency dashboard.
Roles: When tracking proposal interactions, your agency acts as the Data Controller, and VexaDoc acts as the Data Processor (utilizing Supabase as a secure sub-processor).
Built-in Compliance Notification: To ensure full transparency and compliance with UK GDPR / privacy laws, VexaDoc automatically displays a clear notification to the recipient before the proposal opens, informing them that their engagement with the document is being tracked.
No Extra Notification Required: Because this notification is hardcoded into the VexaDoc viewer, your agency is not required to manually notify recipients or add separate tracking disclosures regarding these documents.
Data Privacy: VexaDoc processes this data anonymously based on document interaction (clicks, time spent, sections viewed) and does not harvest unauthorized personal information.
You agree not to abuse the platform. Forbidden actions include:
No Lost Deal Liability: VexaDoc is provided on an "as-is" basis. Your agency uses this tool at its own commercial risk.
Zero Damages: We are not financially or legally liable if a proposal link fails to open, a server goes down during a live pitch, or if your agency loses a client / revenue due to a technical glitch, database issue, or missing analytics data.
By You: You can stop using the platform and delete your account and uploaded data at any moment.
By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access instantly if we detect platform abuse, spam, or a violation of these terms.
We may update these terms as the platform transitions out of the free tier. Any major changes regarding pricing or data handling will be communicated to your agency email address in advance.
